Your data, clearly explained.
PRIVACY
POLICY.
This policy applies to the Flapp Code website and all current and future mobile applications published by Flapp Code (together, the “Services”).
1. Scope and app-specific notices
This Privacy Policy describes how Flapp Code (“Flapp Code”, “we”, “us” or “our”) handles personal information when you use the Services. Because our apps offer different features, not every category or practice below applies to every app.
An app may provide a shorter, app-specific privacy notice or permission prompt. Its App Store or Google Play privacy disclosure describes the actual data practices of that particular app. If an app-specific notice conflicts with this general policy, the app-specific notice applies to that app.
2. Information we may process
Depending on the Service and the features you choose, we may process:
- Information you provide: email address, account information, support messages, feedback and other information you choose to submit.
- User content: photos, images, documents, text, preferences, focus sessions, tasks or other content you create, import or edit.
- Device and technical data: device model, operating system, app version, language, time zone, IP address, device or installation identifiers and network information.
- Usage and diagnostics: interactions with features, session information, performance data, crash logs and error reports.
- Purchase information: subscription status, product purchased and transaction confirmation supplied by Apple or Google. We do not receive your full payment-card details.
- Permissions-based data: photos, camera, notifications, storage or other device resources only when a feature needs them and you grant permission.
3. Photos and other content
Some Services may process photos or other content on your device. Content that remains entirely on your device is not collected by Flapp Code. If you choose a cloud-based feature, backup, synchronization, sharing, support upload or another online function, the content required for that action may be transmitted to us or a service provider.
We use such content only to provide the feature you requested, maintain the Service, comply with law or protect the Service. The relevant app will request access through the operating system and, where appropriate, explain any off-device processing.
4. How we use information
We may use information to:
- provide, personalize and maintain app features;
- save settings, authenticate users and synchronize content where offered;
- process subscriptions and restore purchases;
- measure performance, diagnose crashes and improve our products;
- respond to support requests and communicate service-related information;
- prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents; and
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
Where required by law, we rely on your consent, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations or our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Services.
5. Analytics, advertising and tracking
Some Services may use analytics, advertising and crash-reporting technologies. The services currently used or that may be included in a Flapp Code app are listed below. A provider applies only when its technology is included in the app you use.
- Google Analytics for Firebase: may collect automatically generated app events, feature interactions, app-instance identifiers, device information and other usage data so we can measure engagement, understand performance and improve the Services. Learn more in Firebase Privacy and Security.
- Google Mobile Ads / AdMob: may collect or receive IP address, approximate location derived from IP, ad and app interactions, diagnostic information, advertising identifiers, app-set identifiers and other device or account identifiers. Google may use this information to provide ads, measure performance, limit fraud and, where permitted, personalize advertising. Learn more in Google’s Privacy Policy.
- RevenueCat: processes purchase and subscription information, product entitlements, transaction receipts or tokens and an anonymous or account-linked App User ID so we can manage subscriptions, verify purchases and restore access across supported devices. Learn more in RevenueCat’s Privacy Policy.
Where required, we request consent before personalized advertising, analytics storage or access to an advertising identifier. You can adjust consent, ad personalization and device permissions through the relevant app, your device settings, your Apple account or your Google account where those controls are available.
We do not sell personal information for money. If a practice is treated as a “sale”, “sharing” or targeted advertising under applicable law, we will provide any legally required disclosure and opt-out mechanism.
6. Other service providers and platforms
We may also use providers for infrastructure, hosting, authentication, databases, crash reporting and customer support, as well as Apple App Store and Google Play for app distribution and payments. Providers may process information on our behalf or as independent providers under their own terms.
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, in connection with a corporate transaction, or with your direction or consent. We require providers acting on our behalf to use information only for authorized purposes.
7. Retention and deletion
We retain personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide a Service, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes and protect against abuse. Retention periods vary by data type and app.
You can delete local content through your device or the relevant app. If an app supports accounts, deletion may be available in the app. You may also contact us to request deletion. Some information may remain temporarily in backups or be retained where legally required.
8. Security and international transfers
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our providers may process information in Türkiye, the European Economic Area, the United States or other countries. Where required, we use legally recognized safeguards for international transfers.
9. Your rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; request portability; or complain to a data protection authority. You may control app permissions in your device settings and manage subscriptions through your Apple or Google account.
To submit a privacy request, email us using the address below. We may need to verify your identity. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law.
10. Children’s privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where required by local law, unless an app is expressly presented as suitable for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without legally valid permission. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information improperly.
11. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as our Services or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide additional notice where required.
